They didn’t allow refund when I didn’t even go and stay due to my personal issue visited hospital and provided hospital letter to proof as well

2 Bottles for a 3 day stay. During our outing during the day the room was being used by someone else for bathing and opened by the hotel staff using master key.

Hotel Stay at Hyderabad was very very bad. Room was not clean. Breakfast of very poor quality. Food had bad smell. Room service was very very bad. 1

They place is very old and dingy…and smells there is no staff anything you ask for takes forever to come ….the room was occupied by some one else before we checked in when asked they said that they are hotels guests and just left… I would not suggest staying here

My experience at Sarovar Hotel was really good. The housekeeping and Reception staff were very helpful. The various amenities were top notch, loved my stay at the hotel.
